Schedule Master Telephone Capability

  • Dial the ScheduleMaster phone number:  (800) 414-6114
  • Enter your User Number and Pin Number
HOW TO CANCEL A RESERVATION USING THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM:  (back to top)
  • Press 1 – Schedules
  • Press 2 – Cancel a Schedule
        The system will then read through your reservations.
  • Press 9 to Cancel and Press 0 to Confirm your cancellation
        If this is a future reservation, it will be cancelled in its entirety.  It the reservation has already started (you returned early), it will cancel the balance of the reservation and release the airplane for other members.
HOW TO DETERMINE IF A PLANE IS SCHEDULED AND BY WHOM:  (back to top)
  • Press 1 – Schedules
  • Press 5 – Review Schedules
  • Enter the start date:  mmdd or enter # for the current day
  • Enter the end date:  mmdd or enter # for the current day
  • Key in the airplane tail number you are interested in, using the phone keypad.
        The system will read the date/time/pilot for each reservation, or say that the airplane is available.
HOW TO GET MEMBER PHONE NUMBERS:  (back to top)
  • Press 2 – Information
  • Press 1 – Member Phone Numbers
  • Enter the first few characters of the member’s last name and press #. 
  • When prompted,. if correct, press 1.
        The system will read all of the phone numbers listed in the ScheduleMaster system for that member.
